Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo, from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay is the director of drama and producer in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. The father of Silk, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers watching her mother working and going to the rehearsals for her plays. Silk was a small actress in commercials. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Early theater work includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto to pursue her acting career in November 1999. Later, she spent the next decade, she moved to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she began to meet him in 2007 during an acting workshop at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. They got married in December 2009 in a civil wedding ceremony. In Fredericton on April 10, 2011they renewed their vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk was blessed with an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born the 13th of May, in 2016. Silk is known for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she received nominations from for the Gemini Awards. In 2009, she was cast as the main Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 at a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th that the series was returning for a fourth season of the production. Season Four premiered on the 4th of June 2013 and was produced by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN recognized Bo's performance alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about TV couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV for 2013. Entertainment Television.
